1. Introduction and Who We Are
NRED Intelligent Mining ("NRED", "we", "us", or "our") is incorporated under the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and is the data controller for personal information collected through the NRED waitlist at nred.ai (the "Site").
NRED Intelligent Mining is not yet publicly available. The Site currently operates as a waitlist — it lets you register your interest so we can notify you when the platform launches. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect your personal information during this waitlist phase, in accordance with PIPEDA and PIPA (BC). We extend equivalent rights to US users (including California residents) consistent with the CCPA/CPRA and other applicable US state privacy laws, and to EU/EEA users under the GDPR.
By joining the waitlist or using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here. Data controller contact: info@nred.ai

4. AI and Automated Decision-Making
During the waitlist phase we do not run any AI processing on your personal information, and we make no automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. We do not use waitlist data to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models. If this changes when the platform launches, we will update this Policy and, where required, seek your explicit consent first.

- Analytics cookies — help us understand how the Site is used. You can opt out via your browser settings or by contacting info@nred.ai.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
7. Disclosure of Your Information

We will notify affected users where legally permitted and will never provide governments with direct access to user data or encryption backdoors.
9. Data Retention
We keep your waitlist email until NRED Intelligent Mining launches and you either create an account or ask us to remove you, or until you unsubscribe — after which we delete it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
